Title Sponsor Naming Guidelines:
To: Region Hosts of Midwest Division SCCA Solo Series Events
In an effort to maintain our relationships with series sponsors, we have developed the following guidelines to ensure consistent marketing among regions hosting events. We want to afford our sponsors maximum bang for the buck when it comes to exposure of their services and products.
With that in mind, the procedures outlined below will need to be followed before and during MiDiv series solo events.
2018 Approved Series Titles
2018 MiDiv Solo Series by SPS and R&S Racing
2018 Midwest Division Solo Series by SPS and R&S Racing
(Solo Performance, or Solo Performance Specialties may be used in place of SPS)

From the 2018 Midwest Division Solo Series Rules:
“Sponsors
All correspondence distributed to the public (flyers, information sheets, etc.) shall be reviewed by the series administrator (usually the Divisional Solo Steward) prior to publication. Similarly, on-line registration pages shall be reviewed by the series administrator prior to registration being opened up to the public. If a region wishes to sell or distribute event specific materials (T-shirts, coozies, etc.), the series sponsors should be listed on the materials. Any general non divisional event specific promotional material used or produced by the hosting region shall always list the divisional series event with the current, proper title.
Should a departure from these procedures be observed, the host region will be warned and asked to correct the infraction. Should the infraction not be corrected, the event will be removed from the series schedule and no points will be awarded to any participants.
If clarification is needed on “borderline” situations, the should be consulted to make a determination.
Thank you for your attention and for hosting a MiDiv series event.
